July 17, 2010-Hattan Didn't Get the Memo-Avoiding Service Does NOT Stop Litigation!!!
You are hereby notified pursuant to F.S. 770.01, that a libel suit is being filed against you for two campaign mailers that you
paid for and approved during the Davie Town Council District 2 Election. Specifically, I reference Wanted and Bad for Davie.
This is unacceptable.
As evidence, I served notice via certified mail (70100780000127596078); however, you have deliberately avoided the service. A
notice was left but you have failed to collect your mail. This will not stop the lawsuit as filing this notice is sufficient to meet
the legal requirement.
Finally, the other suits will commence regardless of your blatant attempts to avoid service of the second amended state
complaint and federal complaint. Be advised there are two more lawsuits to follow the above referenced litigation.
You are noticed.
